Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Institute OS website and service (the "Service") operated by Institute OS ("us", "we", or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Institute OS provides a cloud-based institute management system for schools, colleges, and coaching centers. The Service allows users to manage student data, fees, attendance, and communications.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually).
- Fees: Subscription fees are based on the plan selected and number of students/users.
- Cancellations: You may cancel your Subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Data Ownership and Privacy
You retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload to the Service ("User Data"). We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates any person's privacy.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the security of the Service.
- Use the Service for any purpose other than managing your educational institute.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Institute OS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
